Creating a Baby Registry With buybuy BABY

Creating a Baby Registry With buybuy BABY

Being pregnant with your first baby is totally intimidating, but creating your baby registry doesn’t have to be. I had no idea where to start when it came to creating my baby registry with buybuy BABY. I could not have done it without Chris, my amazing registry concierge.

Picture this – it’s the middle of a pandemic, I’m 6 months pregnant, have taken zero baby prep classes, and have no way to go to a physical store to complete a baby registry. If I thought a wedding registry was complicated, the amount of baby products out on the market today are completely overwhelming! All of my mom friends are telling me to buy different things. However, the one thing that they all agreed on was that I should register at buybuy BABY. They knew I needed someone to cut through the clutter and let me know exactly what I needed for my lifestyle, circumstances, and WHY. After two phone calls with buybuy BABY’s registry concierge, and a couple of emails, my online registry was done.

WHY I CHOSE TO REGISTER WITH BUYBUY BABY

Even if you’ve already had a baby, I can’t recommend buybuy BABY more highly to create your registry. I literally knew nothing when we hopped on the phone, and when we hung up, I felt like I had just had a crash course in baby prep. There are so many new products coming out all the time, and it’s so helpful to get an unbiased opinion from someone so highly knowledgeable, who knows about every single product on the market. My registry concierge walked me through every single product, explaining why they liked it, how it worked, when I would use it, and then we decided whether or not it was something I needed based on my lifestyle, and personal aesthetic.

I love that buybuy BABY has everything you would ever need for a baby; from gear and travel equipment, to nursing products, to baby and maternity clothes, to developmental toys, there’s truly no need to register anywhere else.

For any of you mamas-to-be, feel free to use my registry as a guide when creating your own baby registry! You may find that you don’t need everything on this list, but I wanted to create something comprehensive for you to reference.

Think of it like ingredients coming together to make a recipe.

BEST DEVELOPMENTAL TOYS FOR BABY

My registry concierge even created a list of developmental toys that are great for babies. (All can be found in my registry) These items help increase their skills and senses, and build bonding time during playtime.  There’s a huge misconception that toys equal clutter, and that soothing stations take up room, and that none of it is necessary. Your baby needs stimulation in different ways, and you need to be able to get through your day. These are options so you can BOTH be successful as you get to know your new roommate!

Use this for all warranties, registering of products, communication. Use it for everything so you can filter through it easily and keep on top of things!
